The Seesaw app is one of the coolest apps I have seen in quite some time. We just started using this at our school. The app will let students take pictures of their work, record their voice, create a video, draw, and more. My teachers love the fact that they can see all of their student work on another iPad or computer. Each child selects their name when adding content which adds it to their digital portfolio.
