Pic Collage is my "go to" app. It can be used in any subject area. I've used it with Kindergarten through 5th grade. Students can add images from the web or take them with the camera. They can add text boxes to label as well. I recently had Kindergarteners take pictures of the life cycle of a butterfly. They organzied their pictures into a collage and labeled each stage. They loved it!
